1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

"Platform" or "Site"

The website accessible at https://dm777.click and any associated mobile applications or services operated under the dm777 brand.

"dm777" / "We" / "Us" / "Our"

The legal entity that owns and operates the dm777 platform, including its officers, employees, agents, and licensees.

"Player" / "You" / "Your"

Any natural person who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and uses its services.

"Account"

The personal account created by the Player on the Platform, used to access games, place bets, and manage funds.

"Balance" / "Funds"

The monetary value held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and credited bonus amounts where applicable.

"Bonus"

Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other incentive awarded by dm777 under specific terms and conditions.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

The identity-verification process required by dm777 before processing withdrawals or fulfilling certain account actions.

"WIB"

2. Eligibility

Use of the dm777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering or continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you satisfy all of these conditions:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. dm777 maintains a strict 21+ policy. Registrations by persons under 21 will be voided and any associated funds returned minus applicable processing fees.
2. You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your specific location.
3. You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party and are registering solely for your own use.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of dm777.
5. You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to a mandatory exclusion order from any regulatory authority.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the dm777 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address. You undertake to update your information promptly if any details change. dm777 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dm777 is not liable for any unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

dm777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in our request may result in temporary Account suspension until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dm777 currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following channels in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. dm777 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees independently.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible. Before a withdrawal is approved, the Account holder must have completed KYC verification. dm777 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on business days; requests submitted after this time or during public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Specific processing timelines are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand or for enhanced due-diligence reviews.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the stated minimum.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the dm777 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Pla yer, and dm777 accepts no liability for exchange-rate losses.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by dm777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on restricted games will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dm777 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion. Indicators of abuse include but are not limited to: placing bets on opposite outcomes simultaneously, exploiting system errors, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.5 Withdrawal Before Completion

If a Player submits a withdrawal request before fulfilling the wagering requirement attached to an active bonus, dm777 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any winnings generated from that bonus prior to releasing the withdrawal.

6. Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Applicable Rules

Each game or betting market on the dm777 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant betting market page. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting services on dm777 cover domestic and international competitions, including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and major international tournaments such as the FIFA World Cup and AFF Cup. Bet types include single bets, mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections for a combined payout), Asian handicap (voor bola), and over/under markets. 6.3 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled in accordance with official results provided by recognized sporting authorities. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or void event, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published on the Platform. dm777's decision on all settlement matters is final.

6.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, dm777 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in such circumstances.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

dm777 applies maximum single-transaction payout limits which vary by game type and are published within each game's rules. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout cap will be reduced to the stated limit at dm777's sole discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

dm777 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The following tools are available free of charge to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the net amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dm777 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and game assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of dm777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dm777. Unauthorized use of any Platform content may result in immediate Account suspension and legal action.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dm777 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviors listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that confers an undue financial benefit.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any Platform software.
• Using the Platform to facilitate illegal activity of any nature.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward other Players or dm777 staff.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dm777 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

dm777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using it.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability is not permitted, dm777's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowable under applicable law. In no event shall dm777's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by dm777

dm777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations or unresolved disputes.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all bonus balances, pending promotions, and accrued loyalty points will be forfeited immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Amendments to Terms

dm777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dm777 is licensed and incorporated. Nothing in this clause shall limit dm777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

In the event of a dispute between dm777 and a Player, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the dispute-resolution body specified by dm777's regulatory authority.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.
